    This Finance Manager role will be a key asset in the future growth of our company. This individual will be a leader in the FP&A department and will be spear-heading the Company’s Digital and Sales financial forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects. S/he will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing financial presentations, monthly variance reporting and other projects requested by senior management. This function acts as the key analytical engine of our company, to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making. This role works within our team of 9 FP&A professionals with two Financial Analysts reporting in directly. The position reports to the CFO/COO, and is a great opportunity to leverage your expertise in a fast-paced, fact based, collaborative environment. #BANG #Mid-Senior level


    Position Responsibilities:


    • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, sales and marketing expense and digital cogs
    • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
    • Supervision of Financial Analysts
    • Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools – specifically around digital revenue and expense and sales commissions
    • Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
    • Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
    • Master the business reporting tool and create, manage and own key operating reports critical to the company’s strategic objectives
    • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies
    • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
    • Analyze complex financial information and provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
    • Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
    • Prepare presentations for CFO and Senior Management Team




    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred
    • 2+ years experience as a manager or directly managing Financial Analysts
    • Works at a faster-than-average pace, juggling multiple projects and producing results in general accordance with schedules and project/report deadlines.
    • 2+ years experience as a manager or directly managing Financial Analysts
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to think creatively about complex problems, highly-driven and self-motivated
    • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
    • Detail-oriented and precise; follow-through is deep and literal to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with quality standards.
