Adtaxi is looking to add a polished and proactive Client Success Manager to our team. The Digital Marketing Account Specialist is primarily responsible for revenue results via retention, up-sell, and cross-sell from an existing account base, and with a focus on post-sale activities. The CSM is responsible for pre-sale and pre-campaign setup communication, as well as post-sale reporting with an eye on exceptional campaign performance throughout the account life cycle. The CSM will work on the Alliance team with other media partners who use Adtaxi platforms to fulfill marketing campaigns for their local advertisers. The position will interact with the Alliance partner, advertising account executives, their local advertisers, alliance sales managers and director as well as with internal sales and operations teams. The CSM works across most US time zones, but the majority of coverage can be during the Central time zone workday.
