    Adtaxi is looking to add a polished and proactive Client Success Manager to our team.  The Digital Marketing Account Specialist is primarily responsible for revenue results via retention, up-sell, and cross-sell from an existing account base, and with a focus on post-sale activities. The CSM is responsible for pre-sale and pre-campaign setup communication, as well as post-sale reporting with an eye on exceptional campaign performance throughout the account life cycle. The CSM will work on the Alliance team with other media partners who use Adtaxi platforms to fulfill marketing campaigns for their local advertisers. The position will interact with the Alliance partner, advertising account executives, their local advertisers, alliance sales managers and director as well as with internal sales and operations teams.  The CSM works across most US time zones, but the majority of coverage can be during the Central time zone workday.


    Key Activities: 

    • Responsible for monitoring the day-to-day fulfillment of ongoing digital advertising accounts across various digital ad platforms including Paid Search, Social, SEO, RTB display and video

    • Assist in developing optimization strategies and retaining accounts utilizing the entire digital product portfolio to accomplish advertisers’ goals

    • Work with the sales team and advertisers to establish goals, monitor campaign effectiveness and make recommendations to customers that result in effective advertiser solutions, retention, up-sell, cross-sell, and increased revenue generation

    • Develop and interpret digital campaign reports and account performance data using Google Analytics and other relevant platform reporting

    • Liaise with sales, operations, and other internal and external customers regarding execution of campaigns

    • Work collaboratively with the advertiser to recommend campaign modifications for optimal results

    • Meet with external Alliance partners and advertisers via web conference as warranted

    • Cultivate positive professional relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams

    • Prepare quarterly business reports for alliance partner KPI reviews 




    • 3+ years in client services within a digital marketing focused role

    • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience

    • Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to simplify the explanation of complex analytics

    • Confident in high-level complex conversations, explaining our products and value proposition, and taking ownership of client interaction as a whole


    *This position is 100% remote with occasional travel expected.
