    Job description:

    The Morning Journal and News Herald is seeking a full-time multimedia Copy Editor/Paginator with social media skills to join our night sports production desk. Successful candidate must have solid editing background, ability to communicate with reporters and editors, and ability to work under tight deadline constraints.


    Job Duties:

    Our copy editors work on two daily print publications and websites. CEs are responsible for editing content, paginating the daily sections, creating photo galleries and other content, and keeping both websites updated as well as sharing content across a variety of social media platforms.


    • Degree in journalism, communications or equivalent experience
    • Computer page design skills, preferably using InDesign
