    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a digital sales professional to fill the important role of an Affiliate Sales Manager for our affiliate partnership division. This position will consult and enable our traditional newspaper/ broadcast/ radio media partners to implement strategic plans and best practices to help grow digital revenue for their business and ours.  

     

    Here’s what you’ll be doing:

    • Coach and develop partner managers and sellers to uncover client opportunity and develop solutions that drive client results and increased revenue
    • Identify market potential and work with partner managers and sellers to develop, prioritize and implement strategies to maximize revenue
    • Lead pipeline development activities and contribute to pipeline management
    • Present and facilitate partner and client presentations in-person and remotely
    • Deliver complex messages in an easy to understand way every day
    • Participate and work collaboratively with internal and external teams

    Qualifications

    • Polished and adaptable presence when working with partner leadership
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Even better presentation and facilitation skills
    • Impeccable follow through
    • Ability to manage time effectively
    • A love for constant change and ability to “roll with the punches”

     

    Some experience like this would be helpful:

    • 3 to 5 years of Digital Media Sales and/ or Management
    • Channel/ Affiliate/ Partnership Sales and/ or Management a major plus
    • Working through influence to drive revenue, initiatives and change
    • Track record of exceeding sales goals and performance metrics
    • Successful management and execution of plans and projects

     

    The fine print: You’ll need the ability to work across multiple domestic and international time zones, travel ~8 days/month and work from a professional home or shared office when not on an airplane or visiting our partners.
